CEC Expert Committee Held the 2022 Working Meeting

February 28, 2022 /CEC/ - On February 24, the 2022 Working Meeting of the Expert committee of China Electricity Council (CEC) was held in Beijing. Yang Kun, the Executive President and the Chairman of the Expert Committee of CEC delivered the Keynote speech and Guo Jianbo, Lei Xianzhang, Wei Zhaofeng, Wang Zhixuan, the chief experts and the distinguished researchers as well as the representatives from CEC management team attended the Meeting. The meeting was held hybrid with the "onsite”plus “online" format.

Yang Kun summarized and reviewed the achievements and experiences of CEC in building the high-end think tank in the power industry. He mentioned that CEC should pool the strength of the industry and give full play to the wisdom of the industry experts, especially pay attention to the role of the high-level leading talents, and effectively improve the quality of CEC’s intelligent services. 

The CEC Expert Committee would play an important role for the CEC think tank building in the future. All members of the Expert Committee came from major power enterprises, scientific research institutes and universities, who had not only top theoretical background but also the rich practical experiences. With the assistance of the Expert Committee members, CEC would be confident to provide the high-quality consulting services in major development strategies, planning and researches on hot and difficult issues for the government and the power industry.
