December 21, 2021 /CEC/ - The 11th National Congress of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles (CFLAC) and the 10th National Congress of the China Writers' Association were held in the Great Hall of the People from December 13 to 17, 2021.
At the Meetings, Yang Kun, the Executive President of China Electricity Council (CEC) as well as the President of the China Electric Power Literature and Art Association, was elected as a member of the 11th National Committee of CFLAC. Liu Guangying, the President of the China Electric Power Writers’ Association, was elected as a member of the 10th National Committee of China Writers’ Association.
