The Fortune Magazine published Global 500 (2015) on July 22. CSG moved from 115 to 113. It was CSG’s 11th consecutive appearance on the list since it was first listed in 2005.
Faced with complicated situations including decline of electricity sales growth, typhoons in 5 provinces in South China, earthquakes and other natural disasters in 2014, CSG followed the work plan to ensure growth through increasing power supply, adjusting structure and cost control. The annual operation targets were fully met due to efforts in cutting cost and improving efficiency. Thanks to these efforts, CSG ranked Class-A Enterprise of Operation Assessment by the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission for 9 consecutive years.
