Guo Junming Attended the Signing Ceremony of International Syndicated Loans

On September 9th, Guo Junming, CFO (Chief Accountant) of China Huaneng Group, attended the Signing Ceremony of International Syndicated Loans through which Overseas International INC. Limited acquired 50% stake of InterGen.

Before the ceremony, Guo Junming met with representatives from members of the banking syndicate, including JP Morgan, Sumitomo Mitsui and DBS Bank. Guo Junming said, China Huaneng Group has been willing to further strengthen exchange with all parties and continuously expand cooperation in financial sectors.

Overseas International INC. Limited is co-founded by China Huaneng Group and Guangdong Yudean Group Co., Ltd., of which China Huaneng Group holds 60% stake and Yudean holds 40%. On April 11 this year, Overseas International INC. Limited successfully acquired 50% stake of InterGen from India-based GMR Group with a bid of 1.232 billion US dollars.
