Huaneng Group Completing Delivery of the Shares of Singapore’s Tuas Power Ltd.
On March 24, 2008, Zhongxin Power Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Huaneng Group in Singapore, completed the delivery of the shares of Singapore’s Tuas Power Ltd. with Singaporean Temasek so that Huaneng Group now holds 100% shares of the Company.
