From 7-13 November, China Huadian Chairman Zhao Jianguo was in Vietnam for APEC CEO Summit 2017 and on-site investigation on the Duyen Hai 2 project in Vietnam.
At the APEC CEO summit, Chairman Zhao Jianguo listened to Chinese President Xi Jinping’s keynote address titled "Seizing the Opportunity of a Global Economy in Transition and Accelerating Development of the Asia-Pacific" and had extensive exchanges with delegates from industrial and commercial areas.
In Vietnam, Chairman Zhao also went to the site of Duyen Hai thermal power plant and listened to the work report on recent progress of overseas market development delivered by Huadian’s team there.
Chairman Zhao also visited Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) and Vietnam’s central bank.
