From August 21st to 23rd, the eighth UN Global Compact China-Japan-Korea Networks Roundtable took place in Beijing. More than 70 delegates from China-Japan-Korea global compact, member enterprises and research institutes visited Huadian(Beijing) Co-generation Company and discussed on corporate social responsibility, climate change response and sustainable development.
Deputy Director-General of General Office of headquarters Bai Xuegui introduced Huadian’s practice of undertaking social responsibility and performing sustainability. Party Secretary of Co-generation company Wang Jiping introduced its green development. Huadian’s response to climate change, achievements of performing social responsibility were praised by delegates.Launched by Global Compact Network Korea and support by China and Japan, Global Compact China-Japan-Korea Network Roundtable took place in three countries in turn.
