On July 12, the Shengli Energy Co., Ltd. under China Energy Investment Corporation achieved a single-day coal production of 95,700 tons, a record high.

To improve production efficiency and reasonably deploy after-rain recovery of production, the company optimized the production plans and adopted “hot handover” method to shorten the non-operating periods and improve the operating efficiency. It also refined the coal ratios, optimized the matching of trucks and shovels, strengthened management of coal production, and seized the periods without rainfall to increase production, so as to best ensure effective supply of coal. Efforts were also made to strengthen regular maintenance and preventive overhauls to ensure sound operations of production equipment, ground system, and coal transmission system, and make full use of railroad construction, shift changeover and after-rain road restoration periods to carry out overhauls so as to effectively balancing overhaul and operation, laying a good foundation for safe coal production and ensuring accomplishment of the monthly production plan.
