CTG held the First Training Program for Excellent Foreign Employees

The first training program for CTG excellent foreign employees was held in Beijing and Yichang on November 20 to 26, bringing together 31 employees of China Three Gorges International Corporation and China International Water & Electric Corporation from 9 countries, including Laos, Pakistan, Guinea, Chile, Germany, Brazil, Portugal and Greece.

Co-organized by the CTG Human Resources Department and the CTG University, the program helped the foreign employees to gain a better understanding of CTG’s core values and the Chinese culture by holding lectures, on-the-spot teaching and discussion sessions. The participants found it quite helpful and expected more programs of its kind to be held in China.

At present, CTG has an installed capacity of 17 GW overseas and over 10,000 foreign employees. The company is striving to become a world-class multinational clean energy group with innovation capabilities and international competitiveness.
