Cargo throughput at Xiangjiaba shiplift reached 10,640 tons on January 28, the first time the daily volume exceeds 10,000 tons since its trial operation，according to CTG.
After its night trial service began on November 30, 2020, the average number of ships passing through the Xiangjiaba shiplift daily increased by 4 to 5 ships, with cargo throughput increasing around 2,000 tons daily on average.
